Annabel Dunstan will be sharing a round up of Q&R’s Pulse Check research undertaken among c2500 agency employees during Covid-19 lockdown. She will share the impact on mental health among agency staff working from home or furloughed. She will be joined by Michelle Morgan, to discuss her personal journey with mental health issues and how it has shaped her approach to life and work since. Annabel and Michelle will then explore what approaches are working best for managing remote workers and what agency leadership teams need to be thinking about in order to galvanise culture and continue to motivate, grow and develop their people,
