Bryan Wilsher

Founder & Director, Ideation

Bryan is an experienced CFO and qualified chartered accountant who established, resourced and grew the business consultancy Ideation.

Previously he was CFO for Loewy Group, where he headed the Group’s M&A strategy. He managed the commercial appraisal and seamless integration of  more  than  a  dozen  businesses  to  grow  the market  profile  and revenue  of  this  multi-awarding winning, fully integrated on and offline marketing communications agency.

At Loewy, Bryan grew the agency from 60 to 300 people, and revenue from 6 to 32 million pounds. He contributed to building a vibrant, profitable and highly regarded agency despite the economic recession. He conducted due diligence and legal processes in some 15 acquisitions and almost doubled the group’s size by raising 16 million pounds, with follow-on funds of 5 million from US private equity houses in order to fund three substantial acquisitions and subsequent development of the group.

Bryan is a shareholder in My Brother Bob, an independent, creative retouch house, and Non-Executive Chairman of Simply Because Limited. He also serves as Chairman of Prescient and in 2011 negotiated the firm's exit from Loewy Group.
