Annabelle Warren

Founder & Chairman, Primary Communication

Annabelle is the founder of Primary Communication, a leading, strategic communication consultancy with a range of clients in energy, social issues, technology, transport and education. The firm has operated in Australia for over twenty years.

She is currently National Chairman of the Public Relations Institute of Australia's (PRIA) Registered Consultancies Group and was National PRIA President from 2005-2007.

Annabelle was Executive Vice President of Hill & Knowlton Asia Pacific from 2001-2003. During that time she oversaw technology and B2B clients throughout the region and also served as Managing Director of Hill & Knowlton China, based in Beijing.

From 1997-2001 Annabelle was a full-time academic, running post-graduate, under-graduate and international organisational communication programmes for Charles Sturt University.
